Tomorrow I am back in Switzerland to later go to Italy on vacation. It is going to be fun, but I will miss Sweden loads! :'(

Yesterday, Tuesday, I was in town with S and J, who I haven't seen for a very very long time! For lunch we had candy and I ate almost a whole package og Ahlgrens bilar (Ahlgren's cars)! Geez my stomach hurt later that day! I bought a shirt. When I came home I changed for training clothes and took the bus to my other lovely S's house. From there we took her moped to Lund city where we trained javelin! :D Later that night we had cosy girls' sleep over. We ate a lot that night. Both ice cream, fruit and sandwiches for "night food". Today when we woke up we took the bus to town and had a fun day there. I bought 4 new underwears, shorts and a new washing cream. I must say I am really happy with what I found.

This morning was another morning to wake up early. Today a javelin cometition stood at the top of the program. I had to be there 8.30...  When I came there, I say that I was going to throw with boys in same age (17) , and both girls adn boys seniors. I was the only one in my class, so I had already secured the final.

The weather was ice cold (15C) and there was a strong headwind. Which means its hard to throw javelin. BUT, it didn't mean it would go bad for me. I broke my personal record and throwed 27.01 with the 600g. :) Okey, so the result is maybe not the best but... its good for me, and thats what I count (y

That is something I say a lot, all day long, and it means "it doesn't matter". This is now my New Year's Promise, to stop say that! It started in in the middle of the summer instead of on new year. I hope that doesn't matter ;)

People can get really annoyed of you when you say that, because it means they have to decide for you. And they might not like that, cus it means they have to think ;)

At 11 o'clock my grandmother came and said that we had to do something today, to get out. We took the car to Båstad and spent the rest of the day there. Walking around on the streets talking :):)

At lunch time when we were just about to leave home to go to Båstad, we saw this when we stepped out of the door. It is an airplane which survived the World War II. It is called the Spit fire and it was doing a lot of tricks such as loops in the air. Really cool to see :) I took those pictures from a distance and the top one from out from the car window.

Yesterday night, I did a crazy thing... I washed my hair in the washbasin! My hair looked awful and I really had no time to take a shower though time was midnight. This morning I had a competition at 9.30 so what was the point to take a shower? So, I decided to press down my head into this small washbasin and washed my hair! Hahaha! Well, it worked out well, so that is something I recommend if you fast need clean hair, but can’t take a shower. :p

I am just back from an athletics competition which went more than bad. Nothing worked. Maybe its not that weird when you haven't trained long jump for a very long time.. well well, there is nothing more to do than reload the batteries for javelin tomorrow and hope for it to go better :) I am probably not the only one who gets so frustrated when a competition works out very bad. Sometimes I can be so disappointed of myself so I cry. I am just soooooo angry of myself! It didn't happen today, luckily, but still. The best you can do is just cry out as fast as possible, take a breath, pass it...get over it, and look forward against the other things.

The weather is nice today! Its still very cloudy but a few rays of sun is shining through and its getting warmer and warmer. A trip down to Båstad, and over to an island with my grandparents is how I am going to spend my afternoon :)) And I hope for even better weather cus Im bringing the bikini!! :D

The last couple of days I haven't been conected to internet and therefore I haven't been able to blogg. I miss it a lot, but I am not completely back....yet! I am inb Sweden now at my gradparents house. Lets back the tape for a bit.

I flew back to Sweden on the Tuesday and stayed at a J's house until Thursday evening. Then I took the train up to Halmstad to my grandparents house where now I am. I must say that the Swiss transportations is way more better than the swedish once which are just sooo comlicated! You have to check not only so that its the right place you are coming to wheh you arrive, you have to check so its the right comany -.-

Now I am in Halmstad and it seems like the bad weather is following me. No, the weather is fine. its actually like 25 degrees (y but then there is the rain. Rain, rain, and more rain.. Lucky that the mornings-afternoon at least is clear.

Today me, K, J and L went to some cliffs where we spent the day tanning and swimming in the lake (y Two girls, talking English to each other came and sat behind us. Today's lesson became: never talk about someone if they can hear it, no matter what. One of the girls where Swedish, and do I have to say more? :s Well, yes, L did say something about her, not very bad, but still. And when we found out she talked Swedish, because her phone called, we laughed very badly and we all dived into the lake.

This was one and probably the biggest lesson I learnt taday, never talk about someone if they can hear it, no matter what, of many. I have pictures from our day that I will put out tomorrow but now I am going to sleep.

I spent yesterday in town and thought that it would be smart to walk home and save the money to ice cream. SMART!! No.. :( I, J, L, and K had to walk all those kilometers with my sister yelling, complaining and crying in our ears. I will never do that again haha! not with her at least, it ended up that we had to carry her all the way home and now it’s us yelling and complaining about our backs x) When we came home we caught some Ben&Jery Ice cream and we felt that we had deserved it a lot!

Today we woke up very early, 6.30 (!!!!!) which is absolutely too early in the summer vacation. Me, J, L, K, and E went up to the post office and bought tickets for gymneastrada :) We took the bus up and in to the area. It was very fun :D and everyone was very good. I must say that the Stockholm guys was the best (maybe because they all looked so hot? haha noooo, not at all ;) ) , and after them the Swedish team with Santa Lucia, the national anthem, midsummer and many more Swedish traditions.

I am back in Lausanne now for a week. J is here, and tonight we had a sing along. I won't be able to do as many blogs this week :(:( because I won't have that much time. But I will do as many as I can :D

I am now home from four amazing days spent on Ullevi with "the world youth games". Unfortunately I could not compete myself, but I have had awesome days with my athletics friends! Now I have to go to sleep. I will upload pictures tomorrow!

The thick clouds disappared and it became a day on Tylösand beach. When I was about to leave after five hours, my dad asked me how many times I had used the sunscreen today. Well, none. I normally never burn, and I want to get tanned!! Dad: Well, then its your own fault, you might not want to sleep on your back tonight. After about a minute my back started to itch as h*ll!! My whole back and my backsides of my legs are more than red. I can't sit down without both legs and back hurts. AAOOUUCCHH!!
I have only burnt my lips and my chest before, and that was a loooong time ago... Now I have burnt my whole backside of me. -.-

Except from that I had a good time on the beach :)

Today's lesson: USE SUNSCREEN!

Today's plan was Tylösands beach and to go there early in the morning. All the weather prognosis has spoken good and sunny weather today. But ofcourse not, one more day has come and one more is cloudy. It is still warm, or well, at least like 18 -.- but you can't see the blue sky at all, and there are still dew in the green grass.

One of the worst things in life is when you realize you have to go up one size in your clothes. I have size 36, which is about XS and S, but sometimes I even take number 34. Today I went into a Swedish cloth shop and I found pants. A pair of dark blue skinny jeans and everything about them was perfect!! I loved them. But no. And this is why: I asked my sister to go and get a pair in size S. She came back with two pairs because she didn't know if I wanted the size XS/S or S/M. I looked angry at her and grabbed the smaller ones. I tried them on but then I had to face the truth, they could not get over my thighs. I had no words. I called for my sister so that I could try the S/M on, and that was hard. It took a while but at the end I got them on. phuuuuu! No, I can't buy that size! I took them nicely off again and folded them back on their place and went out from the shop with a smile on my lips. Well, actually the true story is that I took my sunglasses over my eyes, pursed my lips hard together and directed my long steps towards the exit.

Why are we so fixed about our size? I am happy with my 36, I am 16 years old!! I shouldn't have smaller. I don't want smaller. I can’t have the size 38, I drowned in it, and now when I had to take the S/M one. Just that there was an M! Why is that really a problem? So many people are struggling with their XL down to L, and here I am. Going pissed by 1 pair of pants. I guess that’s who we are, we can never be happy with what we have seeing something worse.

Well, what I want to say with this is (mostly to myself, so that I can let go from what happened today in town) never ever think about the size. Just ignore that little number stuck in the clothes. If the pants or shirt is too small, then try bigger ones but the number really doesn't matter. No one else will see it but you.

In town today I found a pair of shorts and a tank top, which I am very happy with. When I came home from town I took them on , and a few minutes later the bell rang and my little cousins Fredde and Felicia came. I spent the rest of the day in the "sun" haha, it has been very cloudy today. And after dinner I took a run.

Yesterday when I and my sister was in Tylösand, my sister was smart enough to take a yellow shirt on. She got all the pollen bugs after her. She was pisst off and so we decided to run up on the dunes and jump down while my mum took photos on us. We had to run as fast as possible so no bugs could follow us. It was actually fun x)

Just came home from a tour in Tylösand :) which is a great and famous beach in Halmstad on the west coast of Sweden. I dropped my shoes into the water and now I have sand everywhere!

We found out that the thunder clouds don't pass "Hallandsåsen" so the weather here has been awesome! We could hear the thunder from further away though, but a big sun and 30 degrees is what we like here! :D

Now I am going to leave Lund with the big ☂ weather, and hopefully arrive in Halmstad with a big ☀ wather, but most probably tehre will be rainy too...

But yesss, in an hour or so I will leave and my 1,5 hour trip to Halmstad will start. YEEEY! On our way we will stop by Väla (a shopping centre) and pick up and by my father's shoes he found. I will also see if they still have my sun glases which I fell in love in! and mybe if they have my dream umbrella, I will buy it. :D

Last time I was in Halmstad there was loads of snow! It was christmas.

Very suddenly, I got an impulse that I had to get out running. And so I did. Now when I think back on it, it wasn't that smart because I have just had a cold. So now I have my fingers crossed that it didn't do any harm. I really love this kind of impulse though. "get out running!" it makes me feel good. I took my shorts, tank top, music in my ears and laced up my shoes.

When I came back I brought my dad with me to our back side garden to look at me when I threw javelin. I took a shower and then I stretched my muscles. I took my back a bit too hard and now it hurts as... Well, I hope it’s gone by tomorrow though I have a 1.5 hour ride to Halmstad, my next town in Sweden to visit.

Helloo!
I am in Sweden now, and I have had an amazing time. I arrived last Monday and I haven't even had time to pack up my own bag yet.. :p I have been to town three times but haven't had time to buy me new ear rings yet, since I dropped one at the cinema... :( haha.

I brought the weather to Sweden. The whole week before had been rainy and boring, but now when I am here it is sunny and warm! Not as in Lausanne but still :D

So what can I say about life in Sweden so far.... crazy days and crazy nights? yeaup! x)
Monday: straight from the airport to town to meet M! I bought a new summer dress and Ocean Mist - Salt Water Spray. The Evening was spent with S around in my village just talking about everything, and yummying on candy.
Tuesday: I had to run down to the bus station, no I still haven’t learnt how to be on time for the bus.. In town I went to the hair dresser to get a new haircut, which was overdue. :p Back at home I had to change to training clothes to almost direct take the bus to town again to train javelin! :D At 8 o'clock I took the bus home again to take a fast shower and eat some food. Run down to centrum to meet R. We spent from 9 o’clock to 1 o’clock on the countryside of all the places, walking around in the middle of a field. x)
Wednesday: I had a javelin competition in the afternoon and straight after I went to M’s house and we watched the Hangover, which btw is a great movie.
Thursday: I spent the day in town with P, who I hadn’t seen for a very, very long time.Today it is Friday and tonight I have another javelin competition.
